One man’s take on twelve wineries in New Mexico

Jim Eastman has returned from a nearly 5,000 mile long road trip to New Mexico where he sampled the output from twelve wineries.

Read his posts from the trip:

Part 1: Willmon Vineyards, Arena Blanca Winery & Pistachio Tree Ranch, and Tularosa Vineyards.
Part 2: La Viña. One of Eastman’s two favorite wineries he visited.
Part 3: Luna Rossa Winery, and St Clair Vineyards.
Part 4: Casa Rondeña, Gruet Winery, and Ponderosa Valley Vineyards & Winery (Eastman’s favorite winery of the trip).
Part 5: Black Mesa Winery, Vivac Winery
Concluding thoughts: “People who talk about the kindness and generosity of midwesterners have never been to the southwest.”

Final verdict: “A return trip or ten are in order.”
